Monday October 16 - Ballots were mailed out, and the 24-hour drop boxes were opened

Monday Oct. 30 - Some In-person Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) open.  Where you can register to vote, update your registration, get a replacement ballot or drop your ballot off.  Availability to vote on ADA Accessible equipment.

Monday Oct. 30 - Last day to return your ballot by mail.   

Monday Nov 6 - Public virtual tour of JeffCo Election facility

Tuesday Nov. 7 - Election Day

IMPORTANT REMINDERS: Ballots for the coordinated election must be received by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, NOVEMBER 7, 2023. You must seal your ballot in the official return envelope and sign the outside of the envelope.  

Election Security The Jefferson County Elections Division is committed to providing secure and accessible elections. All ballot drop boxes are under 24 hour video surveillance.

Vote in person at a Voter Service and Polling Center  (VSPC) or call 303-271-8111 for the latest updates. Wheat Ridge City Hall is a VSPC on Election day.

VSPC Services include: Register to vote, Update your registration, Get a replacement ballot, Vote in person, Vote at ADA accessible equipment.  All in-person Voter Service and Polling Centers are ADA accessible.

Where to drop Ballots Wheat Ridge City Hall , located at 7500 W. 29th Avenue in the drive-way entrance to the facility. (Please note there is no inside ballot box drop off except on Election Day).  NO POSTAGE IS REQUIRED at any ballot drop boxes.

Anderson Park, in the parking lot directly to the west across from the Maintenance building, located at 9110 W. 44th Avenue.

Prospect Park, located at 44th and Robb Street. 

It is recommended to mail ballots at least eight days before the election. Please remember that postmarks do not count.

BallotTrax is a free service for Jefferson County voters that allows tracking ballots online. Sign up to receive messages by email, phone or text to determine when a ballot has been sent and received by Jeffco Elections. However, phone company’s text message or voice rates may apply.
