ROW Half-Section Maps
City's Right of Way
The City's Right of Way (ROW) maps identify the public Right-of-Way within the City of Wheat Ridge. The maps include the Jefferson County recording information for the plats and deeds associated with the Right-of-Way dedications.
The maps are referred to as half-section maps because all of the sections (approximately one square mile) within the City of Wheat Ridge have been divided in half, a north half and a south half to allow for printing on a 24" X 36" sheet, displayed at a scale of 1" = 200'.
