Overview
The Survey Monument Sheets are the official records of the monuments within the City of Wheat Ridge land surveying network. They provide the location, description, cap, and pertinent land surveying information such as latitude, longitude, elevation, and horizontal coordinates in both NAD83 State Plane and the Current City Datum.
All Section, Quarter-section, and
PHAC monuments listed below are acceptable for use in platting within Wheat Ridge. Please be advised that Aliquot corners and NGS monuments are not acceptable for use as section ties on Final Plats per City Code.
