A final inspection for the above referenced project was held on 4/22/2024.
City Facilities Manager, has advised that all work on the project was completed on 4/19/2024. Please be advised that the project is accepted as of that date. Claims containing a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid must be in the form of a written affidavit and must be received by the City of Wheat Ridge Procurement Manager, 7500 W 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 on or before 5:00pm on the final settlement date listed above.
This completes the entire project.
