Plan Review Fees
Plan review fees are required at the time of application for a building permit. Building permit and other applicable fees are payable at the time of permit issuance. Work should not commence prior to the issuance of the Building Permit.
Permit fees are based on the permit fee schedule.
Construction value will be calculated using Building Valuation Data as published by the International Code Council. The permit fee will be based on this valuation data. Plan Review fees are based on 65% of the permit fee. Applications will not be accepted without the review fee.

Payment Options
Visa and MasterCard payments are accepted for transactions. Single transactions may not be divided.
