Ridge at 38
In 2012, the 38th Avenue Leadership Committee, composed of businesses, property owners, and residents with a stake in 38th Avenue, took lead on some key recommendations in the 38th Avenue plan, including the development of a corridor-wide marketing strategy. They were heavily involved in the development of the corridors new brand - Ridge at 38. The goals of the branding process were to promote the district to residents and visitors, to attract future investment, and to create increased activity along the W 38th Avenue corridor. The brand image is utilized in all advertising, marketing and branding initiatives to represent the corridor.
