1. What type of program does the Wheat Ridge Housing Authority offer?

The Wheat Ridge Housing Authority does not currently have any active programs. The Authority recently closed out a Home Ownership Program through which they purchased, rehabbed and sold 50 residential units to eligible hope buyers. The program included a mix of single, two-family and multi-family units over the last 14 years from 2001 to 2015. The Authority looks forward to continued investment in Wheat Ridge neighborhoods in the future.

2. Are you looking for Public Housing, Section 8, Senior Housing, Rehabilitation Programs or Emergency Housing?

The Wheat Ridge Housing Authority does not provide rental housing, section 8 housing choice vouchers, senior housing, rehabilitation or emergency housing. Instead, please contact Foothills Regional Housing (formerly known as Jefferson County Housing Authority or JCHA).  Foothills Regional Housing serves the City of Wheat Ridge as well as other areas within the county.
