Do I need a permit to have a POD or Dumpster container placed in the street in front of my property?

Yes. A Short Term Revocable Permit Agreement is required. Along with the Short Term Revocable Permit Agreement, a Certificate of Insurance showing proof of Liability Coverage is required. Temporary Permits will only be considered if there is NO alternative location on the property (including driveways) to place the POD/Dumpster Container and the POD/Dumpster does not create an unsafe condition. Contact (303) 205-7615 for further questions.
