Instead, please contact Foothills Regional Housing (formerly known as Jefferson County Housing Authority or JCHA). 1. What type of program does the Wheat Ridge Housing Authority offer?: The Wheat Ridge Housing Authority does not currently have any active programs. The Authority recently closed out a Home Ownership Program through which they purchased, rehabbed and sold 50 residential units to eligible hope buyers. The program included a mix of single, two-family and multi-family units over the last 14 years from 2001 to 2015. The Authority looks forward to continued investment in Wheat Ridge neighborhoods in the future.
